Never used any type of bot program or 3rd party program. Never broke the T&C. Emailed blizzard. 15 days later got an email apology about blocking my account. Account was restored. Looks like their net captured some innocent players. If you're in the same boat, e-mail blizzard. If you have broken the T&C I doubt there is much hope for you. Got the ban notice in May.
