“The 9th CCA ruled a few minutes ago and denied our motion for stay. There’s not a lot of legal analysis. In fact, there is no legal analysis at all. They just said no. I’m not sure what happens next, but it seems very likely that there will be no stay and MDY Industries will be shutting down in the coming weeks.
I’ll post again here as I learn more, since this is still developing.
